The Karaka Village Residents Society
T H E S O C I E T Y ' S R O L E
The Karaka Village Residents Society will own and maintain all of the open space amenities for the benefit of residents.
Alongside maintenance, the Society will also enforce bylaws and design guidelines (through the Design Review Panel) that will further protect the quality lifestyle expected by residents of Karaka Village.
The Society also owns Karaka Village Water Ltd which provides the water and wastewater services within the Village.
S O C I E T Y F R A M E W O R K
Covenants registered against the titles on all properties within Karaka Village requires all property owners to become a member of the Residents Society. Members are levied annually for the cost of monitoring the communal facilities and operating the society itself.
The rules governing the Society, including how it is set up and how it operates, are set out in the constitution and bylaws.
C O M M U N I T Y P O R T A L
All new owners must complete the Membership Deed of Covenant. The details from this document will be entered into a Members Register by Crockers Body Corporate Management Ltd, the manager of the Society. Upon becoming a member and providing the Deed of Covenant, Crockers will provide a login to 'My Community Portal', giving you access to up-to-date information on Karaka Village and the Residents Society.
